Party Hot Dogs

Serves 4

High heat


1 packet Hafner’s pork sausages

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 small red onion, finely sliced

8 mini hotdog rolls

100ml tomato ketchup

3 tablespoons mustard


  1. Lay the sausages onto a grill pan and grill under a high heat for 10 minutes until golden, turn every few minutes as they cook.
  2. Gently heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until soft.
  3. Cut warm rolls in half and fill them with sausages, onions, ketchup or mustard before serving.
