Thai Pork Dumplings with Dipping Sauce
1 packet Mallon’s Low Fat Pork Sausages
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
A pinch of chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon stevia (natural sweetener)
1 teaspoon Tamari sauce
A small handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Ingredients for Dipping Sauce:
150ml red wine vinegar
A pinch of chili flakes
1 teaspoon of stevia (natural sweetener)
Remove the skin from the sausages and place the meat into a bowl with crushed garlic, grated ginger, chilli flakes, sweetener, tamari, chopped coriander, salt, pepper and mix together, divide into 12 equal size balls and flatten into patties.
Place the patties under a hot grill and cook for 4 – 5 minutes on either side until thoroughly cooked.
Meanwhile mix the sauce ingredients together and pour into a dipping bowl. Serve the patties with a large with crisp salad.
